THE MORNING OF YOUR VIRTUAL VISIT APPOINTMENT:

Log on to the patient portal and self check-in for your visit.

This MUST be done no later than 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.

10-15 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR VIRTUAL VISIT APPOINTMENT:

2. Enter patient’s name.
3. Please have a current height/weight for your child, as well as, any forms required for the appointment already completed.
4. Enable your camera – video must be enabled to participate in a Virtual Visit session. If using a cellphone, please make sure you enable permission for doxy.me to use your microphone and camera.
5. You will be entered into the waiting room.  The doctor or nurse practitioner will begin your session as soon as she/he is available.
