GUIDE TO OUR PATIENT PORTAL
Below please find answers to our most frequently asked questions and tasks for the Palm Beach Pediatrics’ patient portal. If your question is not answered below, please contact our customer service center at (561) 509-5009 and one of our trained representatives will be happy to assist you. We are available 8:30a – 5:30p, Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
1a. On a desktop or laptop, please click on PORTAL LINKS, located at the top of the main navigation menu on the left side of the website.
1b. On a mobile device, please click on the hamburger menu icon located in the top left portion of the screen. Click on PORTAL LINKS.
3. Log in using the email address you registered with for the portal, along with your password.
(if using a mobile device, scroll all the way to the bottom and click VIEW FULL SITE)
4. Click MY HEALTH on the left side of the screen.
5. Click HEALTH REMINDERS
6. Select the tests needed and, if necessary, press Print.

3. Log in using the email address you registered with for the portal, along with your password.

4. Click MY HEALTH on the left side of the screen.
5. Click REFERRALS
6. Select the referral that is needed and, if necessary, press Print.

4. Click MY HEALTH on the left side of the screen.
5. Click MEDICAL FORMS
6. Select the forms needed and, if necessary, press Print.

5. Click CARE SUMMARIES
6. Select the visit summary from the dropdown you are interested in and, if necessary, press Print.
