Iridel is originally from Panama, and she had a passion for medicine from an early age. Her mother is a retired family nurse practitioner. She enjoys working with parents and children of all ages and has an interest in growth and development.

Iridel graduated from St. Matthews University School of Medicine in Grand Cayman and then earned both a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing-Advanced Child Nurse Practitioner from Florida International University.

She lived most of her life in Miami, and recently moved to Boynton Beach with her family. Iridel enjoys spending time with her two girls and decorating her house for the holidays.
